1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using carlosstonepro.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About Our Services
Carlos Stone Pro is an authorized ST Stones sales representative providing personalized slab-selection guidance, inventory and availability assistance, and showroom-visit coordination. Carlos Stone Pro does not perform measurements, fabrication, or installation. Any slab purchase is governed by the written quote, invoice, and policies issued by ST Stones.
3. Product Variability Disclaimer
Natural stone varies in color, veining, pattern, texture, and finish. Engineered quartz and porcelain may also vary between samples, production batches, and lots. Photographs, digital images, and samples are representative only. Customers and their fabricators are responsible for inspecting and approving the actual slabs before cutting or fabrication.
4. Showroom Visits
Visits to the ST Stones warehouse/showroom in Pompano Beach are coordinated by Carlos Stone Pro through a phone call with the customer. Carlos and the customer will agree on a visit day; no specific arrival time will be scheduled. On the agreed day, the customer may visit at a convenient time during ST Stones’ regular business hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Visitors must follow all posted safety requirements and staff instructions while at the facility.
5. Quotes and Pricing
Prices and availability are not guaranteed until confirmed by ST Stones in a written quote or invoice. Customers and their fabricators are responsible for determining required quantities, dimensions, specifications, and suitability for the intended project.
6. Orders and Payment
All slab purchases are made directly from ST Stones, which is the seller of record. Carlos Stone Pro acts solely as an authorized ST Stones sales representative and does not independently sell slabs or receive customer payments. A deposit of 10% is required by ST Stones to reserve selected slabs. The remaining balance must be paid in full to ST Stones before the slabs are released or delivered, unless otherwise agreed by ST Stones in writing. All payments are subject to the terms stated in the applicable ST Stones quote or invoice.
7. Cancellations and Returns
All cancellations, returns, refunds, restocking charges, and any applicable cancellation rights are governed by applicable law, ST Stones’ policies, and the terms stated in the applicable ST Stones quote or invoice.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Site, including information submitted through forms or chat, is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute relating solely to the use of this Site shall be handled by a court of appropriate jurisdiction in Broward County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Disputes relating to slab purchases are governed by the applicable ST Stones quote or invoice.
11. Changes to These Terms
Carlos Stone Pro may update these Terms periodically. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date and will apply to future use of the Site. Changes to these Terms do not modify an existing ST Stones quote, invoice, or purchase agreement.
